We met these clients just after they purchased a two bedroom + den condominium in Vancouver’s South Granville neighbourhood. Filled with galleries, shops and restaurants this is the perfect location to explore the city on foot and enjoy everything it has to offer.

The condo was in original condition and needed a complete renovation. We eliminated the den to create a larger kitchen, added wine storage to the dining room, a new fireplace in the living room, two new bathrooms and of course new flooring and paint throughout!
